Plumbing, with the shutoff and the price talk first.
Siltstone keeps the visit easy to follow: where the water is going, what stops it, and what the repair includes.
Siltstone Plumbing schedules leak, drain, water-heater, and fixture visits for homes around Knoxville. A lot of the houses here have a crawlspace, a long hot-water run, and a shutoff nobody has touched in years.
The first job on a leak is finding the valve. The second is showing you the fitting that failed. Replacement of a whole water heater is its own conversation, separate from a repair that can wait until morning.
Cold snaps are the week crawlspace lines remind people they exist. If you call during open hours, you get the next window we actually have.
The crew is based in the Knoxville area and drives to the towns listed on this site.
